Returns & Exchanges
All returns must be notified within 14 days from purchase date and authorized by our returns department. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in its original packaging and include all tags.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Any item returned after 14 days of receiving will not be accepted for exchange or return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email/call to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once inspected refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card within 3-7 business days.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If after 10 days you have still not received your refund please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: 107 Tycos Dr. #3, Toronto, ON, M6B 1W3, Canada. At Orange Fashion Village we do believe in giving the best customer service we can and value all our customers. If you have received wrong sizing/color to your items, please notify us by email/phone and we will do our very best to insure you receive the correct item.
If at this time for any reason the product does not match your likings and you would still like to exchange/return your product you would then need to proceed with shipping the item back to our warehouse at your own cost.
. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
