RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Update March 2020 : Because of the COVID, we are currently not taking any returns or exchanges.

  • All returns and exchanges must have original tags attached and be in original packaging, unworn and unwashed.
  • No returns will be accepted after 7 days from the date of receipt your package, please contact us immediately at [email protected] for assistance in the returns process.
  • No exchanges will be accepted after 7 days from the receipt of your package, please contact us immediately at [email protected] for assistance in the exchange process.
  • will be accepted with a written authorization number within 7 days of receipt of your package, please contact us immediately at [email protected].
  • For information regarding returns, exchanges or damages, please email us at [email protected] or call us at 1-866-646-5531 during our business hours (Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm Eastern).
  • We CANNOT process exchanges or returns that are purchased from a third party. If you run into issues with a product purchased through a different vendor, please contact your original point of purchase for their return policies.
  • Absolutely no returns or exchanges on sheets and / or bedding.
  • Absolutely no returns or exchanges on all intimate apparel (shapers, underwear, and bras).
