Shipping:

Do you ship to the United States?
Yes, we absolutely ship to the US. We offer flat rate shipping of $18.00USD (or you can receive free shipping with the discount code LUVORANGE).

What are your shipping options?
We offer flat rate shipping within Canada and the United States. You may also use thepromo code LUVORANGE to receive free shipping.

How long does it take for you to process my order to ship?
Your order will be processed 1-3 business days after it is placed. You will receive an email notification when your package ships and we will include tracking information.

Where do you ship from? We ship out of Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

What are the size ranges?
Our sizes range from a size 8 to a size 16. Please take a look at the size chart available on all items for specifics.

What plus sizes do you carry?
Our plus size cover sizes 14-16.



Returns & Exchanges:

Do you accept returns?
Yes, we do accept returns that meet our policies. Items must be new and unworn with tags attached and original packaging. You must contact us within 7 days of receipt of your package to inform us of a return and we will assist you in the process. My item arrived damaged, what do I do?
It is rare that items arrive damaged, but it can happen. If you feel your product is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your package by emailing contact@orangefashionvillage.com or calling us at 1-866-646-5531 during our business ours of 10am to 6 pm Eastern, Monday to Friday. Our specialists will assess your situation, issue you a written authorization number, and guide you through the process.

I purchased one of your products from a store or other website and I have issues, what do I do?
We cannot process exchanges or returns for items purchased from a third party vendor. If you run into issues with a product purchased at a store or through a different party’s website, please contact that vendor for their return policy.
