RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We are happy to offer FREE exchanges and returns on full-priced items!
Thank you for shopping with us! If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, you are eligible for a return/exchange within 30 days of your purchase date on your full-priced item. If the colour or size you want to exchange is not available, you may exchange for another item of the same value or receive a refund for the purchased item.
Please note that all sale items are final sale - promotions, gift package items (includes coconut oil packages) and any discounted goods. Refunds for eligible returns can be given for full-priced items only, and not for sale items.
If you want to exchange or refund a product, you must:
1. Reside in Canada/USA - our return parcel service is only available for domestic orders.
2. Send us an email us at firstname.lastname@example.org sending the item back. Instructions and a Return Authorization number will be sent to you by email.
3. Follow the instructions in your email. Remember to mark your package with your Return Authorization Number!
4. We will send you a notification email once we have received and processed your item. Refunds will be arranged if your returned items meet our criteria. Your total amount will be credited using your original method of payment. Exchanges for another item will be arranged once we receive your package. Please allow 5-7 business days to arrange for your exchange, not including shipping delivery time.
5. Returned items must meet the following criteria:
• No scents or odours
• No rips or tears
• No other signs of being worn
• All tags must be attached
• All original packaging must be included
6. Orange Fashion Village reserves the right to refuse a refund/exchange if above criteria are not met.
7. Exchange/Returns are processed Monday through Friday. If you have placed your order on the weekend or a holiday, it will be processed within the next business day.
Gift cards can be used like cash or credit card. They will be sent through email only. The box to input your gift card code will appear on the SECOND page under the billing/payment section, after you have entered your shipping address.
