Yes! Cancellation is possible only before the product has been packed. As soon as the cancellation is done, we will refund the entire amount paid for the order. Even if the item has been shipped but not delivered to you, cancellation is possible. However, you will receive the refund only once we get the order back. In case your order has been cancelled, any VAT/CST that has been paid will also be refunded.
After the item is delivered, cancellation is not possible. But we do have a flexible return policy!

You can cancel your order before it gets packed. Cancellation is possible through the Website, App or by getting in touch with Customer Care.
In case the order has already been packed or shipped from our warehouse, you can refuse the delivery of the order at your doorstep and we’ll take the order back – no questions asked!
